This development consists of two duplex townhouses facing each other across a courtyard/ drive. Emphasis was placed on designing buildings that felt like single-family homes while also creating a sense of community among the four residences. Each unit provides a front porch, a screened porch, master suites on the main level and plenty of natural light.
