Two handsome duplex townhouses facing each other across a courtyard/ drive create a sense of community. Emphasis was placed on designing buildings that felt like single-family homes. Each unit includes its own front porch and distinct entry so it feels as if you are walking up to a single home. The units also include a screened porch, master suites on the main level, and plenty of natural light. The exterior includes wood shingles and low maintenance materials.
